With summer— dare I say it? Winding down... here’s a fun way to enjoy the goodness of summer fruits. Whip this together in 15 minutes and you’ll have an impressed crowd! (Even if it’s just your kids!)
What you need:
Dried Fruit (we love apricots!)
Greek Yogurt (Or choose a dairy free option!)
Wash and dry your fruit.
For the watermelon, keep the slice between 1/2-1 inch thick and cookie cut it.
Add a bowl of Greek yogurt (If using plain, add some jam or honey to sweeten a bit.) Garnish with a slice of strawberry and berry or two.
Surround the bowl of yogurt with fruit. Add the watermelon slices to the top where people can ooohhh and aaahhh over how pretty the board is.
