A Savory Date Night IN (Charcuterie Board Ingredients + Tips!)

This week for #datenightin we’re preparing a savory charcuterie board. We promised to keep it light weight and interesting from week to week and this board will look like you had it catered and take you under 15 minutes to put together.  Here’s what you need. Ingredients: Cypress Farms Purple Haze (I’ve seen it in specialty cheese stores and many grocery stores. We’re back with another week of #datenightin! February's dragging and Charlotte feels like Minnesota which means this week I'm craving comfort food. We’re keeping it the right amount of light and delicious with our girl Ina Garten’s Baked Shrimp Scampi served with roasted brocollini and a simple salad. Sweet, savory and one cheese you’ve been missing out on!

In 5 minutes or less you’ll have the most popular addition to your board! Choose a delicious recipe below (that only require a few ingredients!) for your Valentine’s Day charcuterie board. Trust us on this one, it will be the first thing gone! It not only tastes amazing, but is so beautiful on your board too.  1. Cream Cheese & Marshmallow “Fluff” (Ahem, every kid’s favorite!) 8 oz. cream cheese 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme spread Two ingredients- easy peasy! Add both containers to a food processor, combine until smooth.
